DivERP
Business software for scuba diving centres. Its marketing
module manages the partnerships a dive centre has with content creators: what
each creator agreed to deliver, whether they delivered it, how the content
performed, and what they are owed.
It is used by dive centre staff and by the creators those centres work with.
There is no public sign-up — accounts are created by a dive centre for its
own team and its own partners.
Why DivERP asks to connect a YouTube or Instagram account
When a creator agrees to make content for a dive centre, they have to prove
they published it — normally by uploading a screenshot by hand, for every
post. If, and only if, the creator chooses to connect their account, DivERP
reads the content they publish carrying an agreed campaign hashtag and records
it as proof automatically, together with its view, like and comment counts.
That is the entire purpose of the access we request.
We read the connected account's name; posts, reels, videos
and stories that carry the campaign hashtag within the campaign dates; and the
view, like and comment counts for that content.
We never post, comment, upload, edit or delete anything
— the access requested is read-only. We do not read content that is not
tagged for the campaign, nor messages, followers or anything private. We do not
sell the data or use it for advertising.
Connecting is optional and reversible: a creator can disconnect at any time
from their own profile, or revoke access directly with the platform, and DivERP
stops reading immediately.
